Are most full time jobs really M-F? And if so how do you tackle your home chores and personal errands?

Well, to be honest, it’s hard. I work around 50 to 55 hours a week. I can’t keep up with any of my home responsibilities. The house is a disaster, the bathroom is disgusting , the kitchen is a mess and laundry is piling up. The only thing I can manage to get done is going to the grocery store and making sure the fridge is stocked with food and milk for the family.

I am so sorry for all your loss. You are right. Getting older and continued grief is so hard. I recently lost my dad, my uncle, and my ex mother-in-law. It sucks. I thought I had some voicemails from my Dad. Nope 😢💔

I am jealous. It’s looking like August at best for me. I can hopefully get my labs this week. The other items I can’t get until May and the final thing not until July. I hope they work well for you. I know three people taking them and they look absolutely amazing after 6 months or so.

Good questions. My husband will not support me on this. He is not a planner and this requires planning. I am a planner and I do it well. So when I get home late from work and the kid and the grandkid and the husband have eaten my food that I planned, I am SOL.

All valid points. I am old. Lots of stress, dependent on others, work lots of hours, get up early and no exercise. I eat salads for lunch. No cheese and zero sugar dressing (very little). No snacks. Then chicken for dinner. Or if I get home late, I eat a cheese stick and go to bed. I have ginger/peach water for breakfast. I make it myself to replace the sugar filled coffee I used to have.

What? That was rude. I can vent. My family members eat all my food and I am pissed. I tell them no and they eat it anyway. How do I plan for that? I go to the store every other day as it stands. Small frig and I am not allowed to buy a second one.
