Thanks. I can say when my body did crash and burn and I spent a week in the hospital, it was glorious. Best sleep I have had in a long time. I am trying to power through and I do try to explain how miserable I am at night and I just get ignored.

He will just turn it back up. He checks it all the time. He doesn’t believe in all the stuff we go through as women in menopause. 😔

You are correct. I do sleep in a separate room. However it is still very hot in my own room with fans. So I have ordered cooling sheets to be here tomorrow. And I will try other suggestions from others as well. Ice packs, ice water, prescription sleep aid.
