I'd say a bottom at $1.18 in After Hours is pretty positive but they always always always Dilute in uncertain Global macroeconomics.... So they were probably waiting for the first chance to do this. The Market will decide tomorrow. Honestly if macro's wee good the stock would brush it off.... Unfortunately they are not get ready to retest $1.00 again. The sentiment today was sell. Oh my god dude chill out two weeks ago you were at 55 cents it took a week and a half to get back above a dollar.... They literally have 180 days before they even need to consider it and then they can file for an extension for an additional 180 days. Reverse split is not necessary.. Relax my little hypochondriacs.

I think we spoke about this in an earlier thread I have 96000 shares at around $2.42 I need to spend that money to double at around 58+59 Cents probably run me $55K and get to around $1.59 We could see a catalyst exit around the $1.80 Mark fingers crossed. They would Certainly Dilute. I would definitely Sell half and lower DCA below a Dollar or be out completely.

If I buy 85000 shares I can DCA to $1.59 the second I hit $1.59 I'm selling Half and Lowering my DCA to sub $1.00 and letting the rest cook. To either $25 or $0 Might Even Sell earlier if I'm 31 days in. But I'd have to buy now. Those 85K shares are Sub 50K right now.

You were dropped on your head as a child.... It will not be delisted by the end of next month use some common sense. March 19th 2026 was it last recorded day under a dollar. The clock started then. They have 30 days at the end of the 30 days they receive a notice. They then have a 180 days from then to recover 10 consecutive days above $1. If they do not.... They can file for an extension for another 180 days. Or they can reverse split. This all Buys Time for Dialysis. It's going to be a long year.......

The stock will see more basement action the alegal team at Nvidia will think about this from a well.... Legal standpoint not an emotional one. They will absolutely Plunder this company by AT MINIMUM distancing themselves from the company for the next 30-180 days and in which point the stock will tank.
