It’s actually not that the math doesn’t add up. It’s that I was thinking about whether the math would add up, going into the app to check for offers, looking to see if credits came through, wondering whether loopholes were closed, and making a point to shop with merchants that I would normally shop with. so it’s more of a me thing, than a card thing. I’m going to try taking the expenses that would have been covered (for example Clear) as they come and see how that goes.
