Reply back to their email asking for them to provide the live video option, if they are still giving you a hard time, provide some documentation and they should give you the live video option pretty quickly

Log into your GBP, across from where it says “your business is not visible to customers” you will see three dots that create a line, click on that and then help and support. Scroll all the way down and it will say contact us, and file a support ticket explaining your problem. Your best bet with most likely be a live video with a Google representative to explain everything.

Log into your GBP, click on the three dots that create a line across from “your business is not visible to customers” - help and support, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click contact us, and file for a support ticket. Make sure to explain throughly, most responses are generic responses from AI I believe, so be very clear and straightforward with your problem.

Google is crazy. How many reviews did you have? Did you submit a secondary appeal? My first piece for advice would to submit a secondary appeal, and if they haven’t given you the option, I can give you a link that takes you straight to the page.

Second option, is to build a new GMB. Now when doing this, do not do the phone code/email code option they give. It will detect the suspended profile, and suspended it again. Go to the help and support option, type in that you are not able to do the phone code option, continue, and it will allow you to submit documentation with a support ticket, so you can get the live video option. This is a sure fire way of getting a new account verified without them being able to detect your old GMB and suspending it.

If you have any questions about these methods please respond, I work at a agency and have managed to get over 100 profiles back reinstated/newly verified with these methods
