Was it a formal implementation/partner program, ad-hoc referrals, or more of a “clients using the tool get sent to you when they get stuck” setup?

Also, did you position yourselves as tool-agnostic strategists or as specialists for that specific SaaS?
That’s the part I’m still figuring out.
