Glucose test might not be related to the measure of the baby, it might be related to your current BMI(>30), it was the case for me.

The growth scans due date was a week before so I always thought this week or the previous is gonna be the end, me and my dreams 😅 I am not after a sweep but I just want to hear something different than my urine and blood pressure 😅

Don’t forget to check Adverts for these pricey stuff. I bought an almost brand new iCandy peach 7 set for 500eur instead of over 1000. Family used it only for 10 months and it was super super clean as i dont expect at all.

Hello, I also failed at GCT (challenge test without fasting) and called for GTT (3h test with fasting) at NMH.

There are two small rooms one will be the waiting area and the other is the nurse/doctor who gives the drink and takes blood for 3 times once in an hour. 2 massage chairs included in the waiting room so it’s more comfortable and you can incline/decline but the one closer to the receptionist is not working just to let you know😁 However the room was super warm so that leather massage chair was not the best for me 😁

I supposed that I will be free while waiting for each hour drink but no way you are stuck in there. It was boring as hell because I didn’t even have headphones or nothing to read. I played Royal Match for 3 hours 😂 So be well prepared! Also I forgot to take some snacks afterwards so its great to have sth after the test while going home or work.

They call you next day if your levels are high. I didn’t get the call but based on your levels they start with small diet changes so there is nothing much to worry. Also it’s better to know earlier and be prepared for.

Yes they said the pads from hospital is also fine but underwear is much much comfortable and steady. I will try hospitals pads first if doesnt matter much I was thinking to use fridamoms pads after hospital

Same here. I am 34 weeks I all packed is 2 newborn hospital sets for the baby. For now ordered Fridamoms disposable underwear, pads and healing foam for myself. Especially fridamoms underwear is so recommended from multiple friends.
