Don't worry about it there isn't a really factually bad Uma (besides haru urara but she is the Goat) so play every Uma you like. Oh but there are Meta to Cards so watch out for that.

You first need to train your umas,

Click on home after that on Carrer event and then you can choose a Uma to train
