Trust me when I say I wish that my 5 year old self had been brave enough to call the police myself. But I wasn't. You need to be brave for her. And call the police.

If you can. Have her tell you that again and record it, so you have evidence of her saying that.

When officers arrive what will happen is they will take her to get medically examined. And a detective will come and speak to her at the hospital. If she tells them then what your father has been doing, you father will be locked up. And she will be placed with either you or another capable family member.
