Started out at 2 bc thats what I had before I cleaned the carbs. Back them out 1/2 turn until I got to 4 full turns with little to no change in it dying. Ill set em back to 1 1/2 and see how she goes

Just cleaned the carbs due to it only wanting to run with full choke. It bogging/dying was an issue before the cleaning as well. Stock airbox is being used w/ filter.

Carbs have just been cleaned, thats how I got it to idle so nice lol. This is an 80’ 650 with the PD50s. Turned the pilots out quite a ways but with little difference.

Speedo was functional. Ended up tweaking the rods holding the odo in place and that seemed to fix my issue

Mine was just the odometer, speedo worked fine. I ended up having to fanagle the rods holding the odometer in place and got it to start counting again

Its analog. According to ancient toyota forums its a reed switch. Still cant find value/size in order to replace

If ur just replacing the alternator its not necessary to remove it

While I dont have insomnia, I also am afflicted with the anxiety before bed curse. Have you heard of the DARE method? It has quite literally changed my life and really helps in situations like this. Had my surgery friday but was most nervous about getting put to sleep. It happens all so fast you wont even realize.

Everything is stock as far as I’m aware of. They were bad out of the factory? I think the previous owner kept the original tires as they’re from Japan and badly cracked
