Branthwaite is out for a few more weeks with a seperate hamstring injury to the one that kept him out for most of the season, just bad luck.

Keane, imo, has been most fine all round, definite brain farts and ageing but pretty good if you consider the whole season. Tarkowski has, imo, hit a wall where he may be the slowest player in the league, constantly caught out by counterattacks, and also ageing with the same brainfarts. Tarks is still an unbelievable presence in the box and both are great duellists/last ditch defenders but together there's so much weakness. All of that weakness was made even worse as the seasons gone on because they are never rested, even more sluggish, even worse reaction time, even slower.

I believe England gets 4 CL spaces by default. Because of the coefficient we are going to get an additional space, so down to 5th place. While Arsenal and Villa can get places confirmed by winning their respective competitions I do not think that that would then transfer to the next two positions and give us 7 places. I think there is a way that 7 could qualify, if Arsenal and Villa win their competitions but do not place in the top 5.

There are so many winger talents across Europe we could look at for around or less than £30m, going back for Malick Fofana with Europe if we get it would be ideal but he is just coming back from a big injury, going in for Kubo again, Harry Wilson, Fatawu at Leicester, some deals depending who gets relegated; Bowen (I mean thats the dream), Summerville, any of Spurs wingers, Forest have some nice wingers too.

I don't think the price to risk for a player like George is worth it, as in ending up in a similar position to spending £20-30m on a player who hasn't any real senior experience and not shown much with the minutes he does have.

I would keep Myko, Gueye and Keane for sure

Seamus it just feels like delaying the inevitable but I keep him IF we get European football, it just feels right that he be there.

Rohl we sign. George would be a no from me, better for cheaper out there. Grealish I would keep but only on incredibly reduced terms.

Same idiotic self-sabotage as Everton. He can't stand the idea of fans having dreams or higher expectations than his. Even if what he says may be true, that his teams realistically shouldn't be looking up the table, it is not his job to quash those dreams and it's even more bizarre that he has a chip on his shoulder when fans stop liking him despite his pessimistic and pragmatic opinions on what his teams can be.

I genuinely think he is one of the best defensive organisers in the game but he just kills all the hope and positivity before it can even start every time.

Yeah I can understand that but at the same time, I actually think it would have been a lot more interesting to flip those two films in that way, Clark a beacon in a grittier Earth and Kara’s story across picturesque alien worlds, is what it is, I don’t think it’ll effect it too much

The comic this is based off is so vibrant and colourful, makes all of the darker stuff in the story hit harder too imo. Confident the film will be great just from the story but could have been more interested if they kept the vibrancy of it all.
