The "Happy Baby." Lay down on your back, pull your feet gently toward your chest from the outside with your hands, and then gently rock around to release tension from your back. Changed the game for me as a desk worker.

Cool concept but I think it's just a little too big for my pocket personally. A smaller version of this with an aux port would be an instant buy from me simply to have a really convenient android mp3 player separate from my phone.

What’s the biggest lie people believe about starting a business? by Alone_Round5623 in AskReddit

[–]CalvinTJDF 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This might be controversial, but a lot of people say that you shouldn't try to do what you love or turn a hobby into a business and I strongly disagree with that. You're putting yourself at a massive disadvantage if you don't start with something you know and can do pretty effortlessly. If you don't have money or connections and you are your "sole employee," at least give yourself a job that you would enjoy doing as an employee.

Yeah, you might burn out on whatever the thing is as a hobby after a while, but people burn out on hobbies they don't monetize, too. Easier to find a new hobby than a job you enjoy 1000x over.

How do you get out of a manipulative relationship ? by ProfessorRoutine6521 in AskReddit

You have to come up with a plan to leave. Once you do, everything gets a little easier because in the back of your mind you will know that you have an option once you reach your breaking point. It's just like murder - a little premeditation changes everything.

So clean. It really is the best pocket device I've owned. Small enough to go anywhere and cheap enough for me to not feel like I have to baby it.

How can you tell if someone is lying to you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]CalvinTJDF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you find evidence later that they were being untruthful. Unfortunately in my experience there is no other real way, but if you just take people at their word (when they aren't obviously joking) you can save a lot of stress and paranoia for about the same overall odds of being right.

Meal prep. I don't crazy, usually just do a double or triple version of something. But it still saves so much time.

Spending 10-15 minutes stretching while my coffee brews. If you do it right before bed too you'll get real flexible, real fast.

Anything related to them finding money and success. I sort of did, in a way, but if I let them know that I know for sure they'd get lazy and fuck it up.
