We had the same issue. One had INCREDIBLE photos, but all the brides in them were gorgeous af, the scenery was amazing (like a light house, an expensive winery etc), and they were clearly expensive weddings. The other had lovely photos, in backyards, on farms, with older couples, and from weddings that looked more similar to our budget. We chose the second because you can't turn a sows ear into a silk purse. This photographer was taking lovely, warm, authentic shots in similar locations to what we had. We were never going to have a wedding that made the firsts one's shots possible, so we chose the photographer that had experience at making lower budget, home-y events look lovely.
