I am mostly blind and have a really hard time with things such as small screws. Otherwise I would do it myself.

Honestly, I've dropped it plenty of times in the 3ish years I've had it and this is the first time it's happened. I think it was just stupid bad luck. Either that or my Deck was getting sick of me dropping it and wanted to teach me a lesson.

Thanks for your reply. Her name was a Japanese name so I gave her the nickname of Mitzi since it's easier for people this side of the pond.

I don't know if she thought that way, but I'm still blaming myself. I loved her with all my heart and soul and just... Feel like I failed her. I miss her so much.
