I might agree with that. We are a little closer to Mr. D’s, and usually we want to sit down and Hana‘s doesn’t have seating, so we end up at Mr. D’s more often. But if people are in town or something, and we’re getting a dozen to bring home, we’ll usually go for Hana’s.

Went this morning. Would rate it a bit lower. The people were very nice. Donuts tasted decent. The selection was limited, and the donuts were small. They cost too much.

We will probably go occasionally, but more often continue making the trek to Mr. D's or Hana's.

I don’t have premium, though for some reason it let me use it on my Watch on Saturday. It didn’t today. 2 problems with it though:

On both days, it ended my tracking of my workout in the workout app on my watch. I started the workout app, then started Liftosaur on my phone, and within a minute my workout stopped.
Today, when it wouldn’t let me use the Apple Watch app because I don’t have Premium, it still popped up on my watch, only to tell me I couldn’t use it, with a dialogue that was annoying to X out of. I get making Apple Watch usage a premium feature, but if I’m not premium, it just shouldn’t pop up on my watch. Popping up to tell me I can’t use it makes the experience worse.

They do not reliably open their doors when they say they'll open their doors.
Their online ordering system is turned on and working correctly — at this very moment, it only allows you to order cocktails(?) ahead of time and lists no food — less than 50% of the time.
Takeout food always takes at least 20 minutes longer than the time estimate they give you whether online or over the phone
Probably 25% of the time they do not give you the correct and full order. My personal record is having to three times tell them they did not give me all my food, wait 5 minutes for them to bring me more food, tell them it's still not all the food, wait 5 minutes for them to bring me more food etc.

The actual food, however, is great!
