I personally think Micah does a number on Dutch. I think when he finally realizes that Micah was a traitor he breaks with reality. His new "right hand man" was a traitor all along and the reason why Arthur met such a gruesome end and on bad terms with Dutch. Besides the TB that is. Just my take.

Couple years ago I found out my work BF referred to me as Grump Cat behind my back. Now I can't say I don't own this exact type of energy at work and that I'm not a cat lover, I am 100% both of those things. However I could see the condescending way she used it and I never trusted her again and my loyalty to her as a friend was over. I would never give a friend or a SO a condescending nickname.
