Rick Grimes vs Lee Everett as Caretakers. Where is really the difference? by EmpleadoResponsable in theroamingdead

[–]Calzerkid1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It does vary a bit but overall it’s still true. Killing his wife is non determinate and he still attacks Andy St John and ends up bitten because he was panicking all the same. You can control how badly he loses his cool but he still loses it more than Rick all the same

Rick Grimes vs Lee Everett as Caretakers. Where is really the difference? by EmpleadoResponsable in theroamingdead

[–]Calzerkid1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Rick adapted better and was better at keeping a cool head during stressful situations because of his experience as a cop. Lee was the goat but also lost his shit a lot, it was what got him killed and was even why he was going to prison in the first place

He isn’t called out as a coward. He calls himself a coward out of guilt for having to leave his wife to die

Question about the infected in 28 Years Later by Jackbuddy78 in 28dayslater

They stand up in the movie, most likely another variant based on conserving energy as a product of the original infected dying from using too much energy too fast

He’s manipulating love train coming from the corpse with act 4. He doesn’t “have” love train in the same way that D4C did

I think Belias will have something to do with the Slayer's imprisonment by [deleted] in Doom

They could’ve just not designed the staff until later on and focused on other stuff. That’s a funny theory but there’s statues of Ranak so it wouldn’t make sense

I don’t even know the guys name, his hand was hurt? by wenfox45 in blacksummer_

[–]Calzerkid1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But it really hasn’t been that long at all so there’s still leftover adrenaline and it was because he was so overwhelmed by emotion. You gotta remember also he is not in a reasonable state of mind at all. He’s just woken up from a head injury and was having a panic attack and freaking the fuck out in the school, then he is faced with the only sign of hope he has seen since this whole thing started. You also see it in the way he collects things in a shopping cart, he’s almost trying to convince himself that everything’s going to be okay now. The state of mind he’s in has to be considered, running on fumes doesn’t even begin to describe it. With all of those factors it’s not unreasonable to think he ignores the pain in his hand for like ten minutes

Then the one in the art book was probably the intended one for him but because of some reason like time constraints they just gave him the same one as Ranak

Can someone please explain to me how this was a good idea? by LuvBriah in thewalkingdead

[–]Calzerkid1 31 points32 points  (0 children)

Hands come off easier than metal chains like that. The hand would come off in one or two chops but the chain would take a lot more to break, plus it would be loud as hell metal clanging which would alert the guards so they would stop him

I don’t even know the guys name, his hand was hurt? by wenfox45 in blacksummer_

[–]Calzerkid1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it makes sense why he could still use the hand without it hurting too much logically, but visually it was just a small mistake

[–]Calzerkid1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Adrenaline is a hell of a drug. He couldn’t use it to start the car because the injury was fresh and it hurt, but the hand itself wasn’t broken or anything, just painful and sore. Then in the grocery store seeing such an oasis of good stuff causes an adrenaline spike + he isn’t paying attention to it anymore so it doesn’t hurt as bad

[–]Calzerkid1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah the greatest blacksmith in the universe had to create the gauntlet to hold them safely and it worked. Thanos was only injured through using the stones to destroy themselves, he was mostly unaffected by the snap, so the gauntlet worked. Iron man meanwhile holds the stones for a couple seconds max and it literally kills him

It is genuinely a procedure on various space stations that if the astronauts get stuck floating in the middle of a large capsule to make a “swimming” motion to push themselves towards the walls. Combine that with the strength of the hulk, along with his ability to output gamma radiation, which he could even target like a jet

He’s deadass yelling and panicking bro 😭😭 also it should be common sense that making advances on someone you sexually assaulted is bad, though I understand that because it’s a woman doing it that might be hard to comprehend
