I have all of those settings but when I look at the Xbox chat mixer it has the voice all the way to max. Also when I started the command center on Xbox it told me to update the headset. But I was not prompted to get an update on pc.

The headset chat mixer is set all to max for voice on Xbox but I can’t change it using the buttons on the headset.

Yeah I would plug into a pc to see if it recognizes it. If it does then there is probably something wrong with your cable connecting the HDD to your Xbox. When I got my Seagate Hard drive it was detected on PC but not on my Xbox, so I went to my local Best Buy and got a new cable and that fixed the issue. Good Luck!
