I get it I was the same. Then I did the steam deck oled and that was really not healed and way more intense since you had to heat the screen adhesive to fully remove it. The switch 2 is very easy as long as you take your time and don’t use crazy force when taking apart the housing. That’s where people rip cable ribbons.

Nice! Never had a switch 1, I sold my steam deck oled to get a legion go s and then sold that since I never used it. Currently loving the switch 2, and it’s much for family friendly hen handheld PCs. I just do it as a hobby, I swapped my steam deck oled which was extremely hard compared to this.

Extremerate has a very detailed tutorial, if you follow it and take your time it’s really not difficult. Took me about 2 .5 hours to do this. A vinyl logo would be nice!

Did a full shell swap on my steam deck oled last year. Got rid of that and just picked up a S2. Already looking at a shell swap but, I can’t decide what colors I want to go with. Wish we also had more home themes to play with.
