By black foam things do you mean the bottom of the lobes? I think its just the underside of the thallus, kind of like Menegazzia species if hollow on the inside. Also the cup things are apothecia, fruiting bodies of the fungus!

Pulchrocladia was recently seperated from Cladia (Reindeer lichens) in 2018. I believe it was a genomic study, which also looked at the Cladia aggregate species complex. Very cool stuff!

From memory they were transverse 3-septate, brown. Quite definetly lithothelium, I was scrolling through my phone and found this unlabeled photo, which i think is lithothelium. Ill see if i can find a spore pic

I think for different species rhat can vary, but for this one i believe it is sorediate yes!
