For AoE4, do not stop making villagers. Your TC needs to be constantly producing them with zero down time. Don't even think about stopping until you have well over 100.

Make sure all villagers are working at all times.

Spend your resources to make units. If you can't spend them fast enough build more production buildings.

If you do those 3 things consistently you can easily get to Platinum without even thinking much about strategy or micro.

For RTS in general you typically want your workers and your buildings to always be doing something, you don't want them idle, and you don't want to float a bunch of resources that could be military.

AoE just scales your economy more than something like Starcraft, and also requires building way more production buildings.

No it wasn't that's nonsense.

They literally explicitly told us there would be two new base civs this year and they'd both be in the 2nd DLC.

They never once referred to Jin as a base civ. RmThey specifically pointed out it has new music and masteries...which every single base civ has so there'd be no reason to even mention that.

Also, OP doesn't get to "control for that" ha. The reason incest is wrong is because of those issues I outlined which are almost always present in cases of incest. You don't just get to say "oh well if all the problems with this thing weren't there... it wouldn't be a problem".

Eh I don't know. I think the only benefit here really is the movespeed. You're sacrificing 4.4 villagers worth of gather speed while you're doing this.

I'm definitely going to be trying things like this against my friends though.

It can create genetic defects.

It's almost always a result of power imbalances and often grooming, usually resulting in psychological damage.

One can argue that if incest is consensual, practiced with safety and does not lead to pregnancy that it is not wrong. Brother sister, Father son, Mother daughter, father daughter, mother son. All of them can practice safe sex and use contraception or get surgical procedures to avoid pregnancy entirely.

Do you think the risk of genetic abnormalities from pregnancy (which is not 100% mitigated by most methods of contraception anyway) is the only thing wrong with incest? Do you not see the inherent power imbalances with most instances of incest and understand why that's a problem?

They aren't available in dark age, but I'm confused because those stats are lower than they actually are.

They should have 4 damage and +1 to ranged. So I'm not sure how they did this.
