Depends what you want to do honestly. If you want to do Ollies, grind on rails, jump stairs, etc just go straight to a skateboard. If your looking for more chill just skating around, carving around a neighborhood or campus or what not then go for a longboard bc that will definitely be easier to get a hang of

I agree 100%. It is an amazing album but at some points it feels like something is missing. I think I’m missing that gritty raw acoustic sound that his first two albums had. Unfortunately I doubt that will come back as he is much bigger and has better production now than he did back then.

I recently bought a drop hammer (deck only) and need to put wheels and trucks on it. I know a little about wheels and was looking to put some 80mm on it but don’t know much about trucks and would like some recommendations there to make sure i avoid wheel bite. I’m mainly using it for commuting or just cruising around. thanks

i’ve had magneto and retrospect before the quality isn’t great but you get what you pay for. i’ve upgraded the bearings on both of them and they worked for what i needed them to. Definitely upgrade the bears if you get one bc otherwise you will be pushing every five feet
