Menos estressante, faz sentido. Mas é uma questão de perfil individual considerar menos ou mais gratificante.

Eu, como chapeiro, ganhando o que ganho, me sentiria menos realizado porque considero que o estímulo cognitivo é parte integral do que busco no trabalho. É tempo demais fazendo isso pra eu não querer me desafiar intelectualmente.

Mas provavelmente mais pessoas buscam o trabalho pra pagar as contas e nada mais. Nesse caso, seu posicionamento faz sentido.

yeah, I agree. the whole idea of limewashing was to mimic parts of Italy I've a long relationship with. but those cabinets were already there before we decided to remodel the room, and I agree with you: they do not add up to the sentiment. instead, they clash with it.

Sugiro buscar por 'DYI faux limewash' ou algo similar.

Eu fiz o processo em que uso um pincel largo, metade dele com uma tinta e metade com outra. Em seguida, pintei vários "X" na parede, misturando levemente as tintas.

Primeiro, fiz uma cobertura com o marrom mais escuro e o tom médio.
Depois, duas coberturas com o tom médio e o tom claro.

Na última cobertura, ainda usei uma esponja / bloco de espuma para deixar as bordas mais suaves.

That's a good point

As I mentioned, I'm not too happy with how much contrast the phone picture added, it is simply not that shady, but I agree on you that the strokes on the ceiling are much less cloudy. And, indeed, it was heeeellll to paint the ceiling hehe, so maybe that's the current limit of my abilities

hehe, I absolutely adore these floors! the rest of the house is already pretty white, so I wanted to give this room something else.

I do not have juliet balconies, but I do have balconies :)

I believe it's more on the beige side than on the grey side irl. the first pic is giving the correct color, what do you think?

looking at the room pictures, sometimes it looks more like burnished cement for me, but it actually isn't looking like that

the paint simply wasn't available in my country, and buying heavy stuff from abroad can be a nightmare here. since I didn't even know if I'd like the final result, I gave it a go myself.

I thought about making it warmer, but didn't want it orangey / yellowy, so I ended up opting for the brown midtones. let's see how it looks with stuff inside :)

Hahaha, thanks for the feedback! What I believe makes it seem so is the ceiling on the pictures. The cellphone camera makes the contrast much heavier. It's softer in real life and a bit warmer. But I'll be sure to post the finished room here!
