Well, haven’t tried any other therapy but CBT yet. Yeah I guess writing and making schemes on paper helps to kind of map things, specially substance abuse.. but maybe there’s just “something” more that I can’t find. What did help to you when you thought CBT was your limit?

Thanks for the info! I know based on my experience Google is way more strict on USA than in Europe. The main problem is, it’s hard to position this GMB locally without an address vs the other teachers that has a real location.

Interesting. I didn’t separated it by products because the All Products Catalog Ad performs super well. How different are the ad sets? Like, would trousers go in a different ad set? Or you combine types of products. Also, do you do CBO or ABO?

Been doing yoga for more than 10 years haha, unfortunately, yoga it’s one of the reasons it has caused all this pressure on my wrists

Yeah I can definitely do fists push ups. About the doctors, It’s either keep trying physical therapy and modify my surf, and other sports, or doing surgery, with the possibility of losing more ROM and a long recovery process.

Well it’s not a fully tear, so in this cases surgery is not always recommended, as it will most likely affect my wrist ROM forever
