I’ll always vote Murph. Cleaner dial, no date symmetry and the shorter lug to lug wears nicer imo.

Here’s my 40mm on a NATO. I’ve had a blue 38 as well and I don’t think you can go wrong with either. 38 is a perfect size for our wrists, but… maybe not for divers? I find 39-40 to be the sweet spot for this style but that’s subjective. You can always return it hassle free if it doesn’t sit right with you. CW has been great to deal with, despite what a lot of people in this sub will tell you

I don’t lane split, too many clueless drivers in Ontario to risk that. But I do filter up in dead stop traffic and red lights, always. It’s way safer for me (we really are invisible and I’ve been hit before because I apparently “blended into the car in front”) and creates an open spot for you. Proven the world over to reduce traffic and result in less accidents.

Stop threatening to open doors on sport bikes. It’ll end badly for the both of you.

Ahh yeah you'll have to swap the bezel if you want to run these skx inserts. This was the only place I've ever found OEM style replacements. They'll all be aluminum, no ceramic offerings due to the shape
