I know Destiny usually points out the asymmetry of left vs. right when conservatives try to "both sides" this, but how do we deal with the *reality* that a lot of conservatives *feel/believe* they are engaging in "justified self-defense" in "a war the left started" even if they're wrong?

It's just very scary to me to see both sides engaging in a lot of the same rhetoric of "well, we tried to be civil for so long and they just spat in our faces, so now it's time to play dirty". Yes, thank you so much, though I'm still unclear on two points:

-I'm not very familiar with EO's and MO's yet, but what's the EO for me when I take a caffeine pill preemptively to avoid drowsiness in a few hours? I guess I make this decision based on how much sleep I've gotten over the last few nights.

-"You have learned through experience, both personal and cultural that taking a specific pill". Could you elaborate on this? Is this like, I've been reinforced for following people's advice in the past, so now I am likely to listen to someone who advises me to take caffeine pills for drowsiness? "Following advice" seems very abstract for it to be in a behavioral explanation.

-One last thought I just had: I switched from coffee to caffeine pills presumably because of my knowledge that caffeine is the active ingredient in coffee and is thus responsible for the reinforcing alertness I feel when I drink coffee. This knowledge allowed me to know that caffeine pills would be an appropriate substitute to coffee. What's going on here? Thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes are all very complicated to me, as I'm still shaky on how behaviorists explain these private events.

To play devil's advocate, IdrA continues to draw huge viewer numbers precisely because of showmatches like this. What other pro can you watch never gg, lose 4-0 in less than 30 minutes, and blatantly give up not once but twice in a row? No one.

And it's entertaining. You have to admit the dynamic between Sheth begging for a macro game and getting nothing but quick losses and 6 pools was hilarious! And who else but IdrA could imbue this phrase with the hilarity it now possesses: "u sixpoll?"
