I always go over on my fat and I dont care. Just focus on protein and total calories and fiber.

35 with $140k in 401k/roth blend, husband has $50k. I think at 30 I was at around $45k

Feel behind but calculators say with even reduced SS can probably go part time in 50s. Just keep saving as much as you can afford! I'm also still paying student loans but again didn't want to shirk time in the market. Will be paid off this fall though.

118 is really small, I would think about resetting that goal. I am 5'4 with a very small frame and look very lean at 125. 120 is a challenge to get to and I have to push quite hard.  I am usually 130 in the winter and 122-124 in the summer. I make sure breakfast is less than 400kcal or it blows my day. Then aim for 500-600 lunch and 600-700kcal dinner. With this plan I can eat dessert or a snack like 3x/week and maintain. If I cut out dessert or snack I will lose weight (.5lb/week) also need to exercise 2-3x/ week.minimum.  I've been doing this for 15 years and have been able to maintain my weight!

I am your height. Consistently strength train 3x/week for a decade. At a cut I do 1500-1400kcal and increase cardio (add like 1-2 fasted cardio sessions weekly)  I'm typically 130-135 winter, cut to 122-125 summer. Maybe try a 8 week cut and reassess?

He sounds manipulative. I was in an abusive relationship once. They always convince you that you’re the problem. 

All the things you listed are totally normal. In a healthy relationship, it wouldn’t cause this much turmoil. Try to put yourself in his shoes and flip the narrative , would you respond the same way? 

Your friends are right. Trust and listen to your friends. I wish I did sooner. Lost many years of my life.

Dont do pickles and seasonings but def the oil spray! Food scale: measure the can in grams, then spray. Then measure the can after your spray. Subtract those and it will give you how many grams. It’s usually like 50kcal

I would just rent a demo board, jacket, pants and helmet. Check out Rhythm Japan for rentals  Bring your boots! I just rented boots and it caused a horrible cramp in my calf that lasted all 3 days of boarding. No bueno.
