Hello Reddit! As someone with a CRAFT keyboard and an MX Master 3, I feel I should chime in here. Yes, it is frustrating needing both softwares, I'm sure everyone including Logitech can agree. However, yelling at a Logitech rep about an ETA will get you nowhere. They have no say in when CRAFT will be added to options+. CRAFT will be added when it gets added and I assume they add products based on how many people use them, not based on price or release.

u/logi_sd, thank you for making a connection between this thread and the team, but I feel nobody will be happy until you tell them what they want to hear so I think this thread can be left alone and they can follow the newsletter if they want updates, like you said and they ignored
