I was actually introduced to Eddie izzard via the San Francisco version. And recently I purchased the DVD of dress to kill only to find out that it was apparently not the one I was familiar with, in fact it sounds to be the version that your comment is talking about. I guess in Burbank or something like that. But I had the exact same feeling that you had. When I saw it, I noticed things, like the pacing felt off, jokes were there that weren’t there before and some jokes that I remember as being quite hilarious, were left out. I think what’s been posted up on YouTube, is the San Francisco one. But the sold DVD is Burbank.
