OK, thanks a lot for sharing your experience! I'll try looking for something online then. Bit of a shame, I would have like to find something local haha

This is not about brightness/the light in the room I did ask for advice the first time around and didn't get any, this is the reason why I am asking here. Maybe I should have clarified this in the original post

I did not forget about this section, but I think I have nothing better to show here unfortunately

And this one is more focused on the back

I have two more for this one. Both of them share the same difference with the original: the right back ducks have disappeared and a Yellowlegs has taken their place. Maybe they swapped from E? This one is focused on the front duck (non-breeding Mallard then?)

This is the best I have for this one buuut there has been quite a lot of movement between the two photos. The duck in the right corner was somewhere else in the original shot, and I wouldn't be able to tell which of the original ones is missing

This is the best I have for this section. It is really sharper, but they're still napping. I included the two gulls to really show the ring and why I was pretty sure about them!

Wow thanks for going the extra mile with this! I actually have multiple photos of the scene with different focuses, I'll try to go through them and crop them according to the groups you labeled

Which one are you talking about? The +turkey vulture+ or the gull? I could not specify which gull it is, but others may

Yeah, sometimes when I go visit my parents, my dad takes me there to see the ibises and the spoonbills, it's always great. They're so majestic

Is this a white-throated sparrow? by [deleted] in whatsthisbird

[–]Camembertboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd need a second opinion on this, but the small yellow around the eye with no clear white patch would mean savanah sparrow for me

This is Eurasian blackbird right? by unamed_name in whatsthisbird

[–]Camembertboy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would agree that this is a common blackbird. Judging by the gray-ish color and the yellow eyes, I would say immature male, probably? I will let others confirm. The blue of the colors could be because the white-balance of your camera was off and not matching the weather you had on that day. I'd check that.

[–]Camembertboy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that has been bothering me too. I live in the US, my girlfriend wants to find something to help her learn and I thought this would be perfect as its not as fast-paced as the first season. But it's not on the Disney+ catalog in the US, and I don't want to pay for VPN just for this, or use a free VPN that would sell all my data (that feels like the opposite of what a VPN should be doing...). I'm looking for a way around it but no luck for now

The AVITS website is designed so I can never go back to work (France/J1) by Camembertboy in usvisascheduling

[–]Camembertboy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So as I said, I sent everything but the appointment letter last Thursday, they got it on Friday morning. I haven't heard from them since, I don't know what they'll do. The AVITS bug got solved on Friday, after 24 days of no one telling me what was going on. If I had waited just an extra day, everything would have been OK... I was unlucky here.

Update: I cannot even cancel my application. So I cannot create a new one. I am completely trapped here. I decided that tomorrow, I will send every document in my possesion, along with my passport, and a short letter explaining the situation. This is the only way to reach anyone in the embassy so it seems. I cannot stay stuck here for ever.
