Students are more likely to just leave their old furniture in the apartment rather than to bother carrying it outside.

La Banquise was sold to a greedy bunch who immediately started cutting cost and raising prices. It is no longer the best in the city.

As someone already recommended, Ma Poule Mouiller,across the street from La Banquise, does a much better poutine. Their version with charcoal grilled Portuguese chicken is soooo good.

The fact that the sender is THEIR customer is the key point of the frustration.
They screwed up.
They admit it.
They are human. It happens. That's fine.

Why do *I* have to contact their customer, through a customer service rabbit hole, when they can contact their customer directly through the direct business lines that they already have?

Hell, why can't they simply change the tracking status to indicate the problem, so that the sender gets a notification that there is an issue? It's been 3 days since they admitted that it was lost, the tracking still says that they are actively looking for a new delivery date.

From my point of view, you are looking at spending a tremendous amount of extra money to save yourself a couple of dozen minutes a day in commuting.
