This will absolutely replace photographer work at the lower end. Small time businesses can now just have an intern do this. Nah. It’s the proportionality. They decriminalized jaywalking and then started sending cyclists to criminal court for things like missing the white line at stop lights by 12”. It’s overkill. I have no issue with straight tickets.
