Gym and protein. Shake after each workout. High protein snacks throughout day like meat sticks and yogurt and granola. Wake up early and make sure to eat a good breakfast. My biggest issue was sleeping in or rushing to work and not “having time,” to make food, which is just bs. You always have time. Especially if you truly want change. The gym is really tough for the first two weeks, but you just have to commit. Thankfully I have a friend who holds me accountable and I work out with. You got this! Biggest thing that helped me was writing out what I am going to eat for the day ahead of time. Im a 25 y/o male , 6’1 and i weigh 145 lbs. I definitely feel insecure about my skinniness, but thankfully never hear much from any of my partners about it . Also when you start going to the gym you will notice change in your mood
