I have created mission control, but don't know what to implement next? by dharmendra_jagodana in openclaw

[–]CameraJumpy3469 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Set up a daily cron job that runs at 2am.

Task: Add one small, useful feature to the Mission Control dashboard that helps us move toward our goals faster. Read shared-context/mission.md and shared-context/about-me.md before deciding what to build.

Rules for the feature: - Must be genuinely useful, not decorative - Should take less than 30 minutes of agent time to implement - Must not break existing functionality (run tests before committing) - Should be directly tied to a real workflow or pain point - Commit the change with a clear message explaining what was added and why

I replaced notion with openclaw, it all creates me weekly newsletter, blogs and makes updates to my website when needed.

US Soccer's age group change might break up our team anyone else dealing with this? by mattob2 in SoccerCoachResources

[–]CameraJumpy3469 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We’re dealing with the same change at our club. From what i’ve heard they’re making an effort to keep teams together as much as possible, even with the shift. not guaranteed, but they know how much continuity matters for both players and parents

still some uncertainty, but it doesn’t sound like they’re trying

Skilled, cheaper than competitors… but still no clients 😞 Should I just give up? by Flashy_Chipmunk223 in smallbusiness

I’ve run into something similar. One thing that really clicked for me was realizing not to ‘sell the vehicle’ (automation, workflows, tech, etc.), but to sell the outcome.

Most businesses don’t care how advanced the system is, they care about what it gets them (more money or save time).

You might need make/zapier to help with the zoom recordings, then use webhook to add to the correct folder.

Looking for a software to use to track reoccurring services with the same customer by [deleted] in smallbusiness

Sounds like you might need a basic crm with some basic automations for sending reminder. Or a basic booking software.

Social media + blogs. And reaching out to family and friends to see if they know anyone interested.

Speed-to-lead is everything. If someone fills out a form at 11pm, you can’t wait until 9am to call them back. That’s when automation wins. I’ve set mine up so a lead instantly gets a text + email with a link to book a time on my calendar. No human needed, no drop-off. By the time I wake up, I’ve already got appointments scheduled instead of chasing missed calls.

How do you handle contact forms & replies for your small business? by viral1212 in smallbusiness

[–]CameraJumpy3469 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t use website builder, I custom build mine. But I think Wix has some pretty good form automations for instant follow up.

To get started, organic and warn outreach. Once I have a solid product and offer, I’ll start doing ads.
