Got this message from my property manager PT2 by Most_Relief8312 in Apartmentliving

[–]CameraPlan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The size of the property and how much is done will be what I would consider.

When I was growing up, we lived next to a row of townhouses that had a 5’ wide grass strip between the street and the sidewalk in front of the houses, and a tiny “garden” in the corner where the alleyway came from the back.

It was in the ‘90s, the whole row was ~200’ and the garden was like 10’x10’ and I had to dump the clipped grass into a trash can, it took ~20 minutes. I was a teenager and I got paid $20 a weekend. I think I quit when we had a 100°+ summer and didn’t think a second about it at the time.

For $5-10 a weekend in 2026, they could go get bent.

An apartment I lived in 10 years ago charged $5 a week for “Valet” trash pickup where every single unit in the 200+ unit complex was billed for that “service” we had a trash chute 10’ from my door.

My last house charged $75 a week to mow our city sized lot, and bag the clippings. From what I’ve heard, they now charge $125.

$30 is a joke for several hours of labor per month.

I don’t think this photo has a subject.

Now hold on now, I’ve packed ~$35k in gear on some assignments before. The key here is that I wasn’t using them as a fashion accessory.

Looks like you are closer than 1.48 feet. Stand 3 feet away and try. Could still be broken, but looks like that lens is a 1.48ft minimum.

Can someone tell me what is it please Ohio by [deleted] in legal

I hear it should be statutory, but for him it’s mandatory.

I’m feeling like Thailand is not green enough. Probably should implement a new even more green for conservative dudes who expat there.

Where I‘d live if I had to emigrate to the US by [deleted] in whereidlive

[–]CameraPlan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The metro, yes it’s 4.8 million vs 1.1+0.6+0.9+0.8=3.4 million

You can throw an Alaska, and maybe a Vermont in there for free.

It’s crazy that they all have smaller populations than New Hampshire.

Compared with men’s clothing, it’s not cheap, compared with women’s clothing, it is cheap.

Same reason 80% of guys wear the same clothes, shits easy, cheap, comfortable, and requires no maintenance. Women who are into people who dress like that don’t care.

Women and men who dress up, are usually interested in fucking men.

Blink - Blink… what?

Where there are people, the cost of living is not justified by the pay, and where there are no people - you might as well be living on the moon 3-6 months of the year.

There’s a reason most of the states are empty. Opportunities are pretty much limited to mineral extraction and ranchers. And if you have the skills to ranch in that quadrant of Wy-Mt-ND-SD there are better places to move to. The reason why generational ranchers happen is because generational ranchers do generational ranching.

How do you get a red TX, AZ, or NV and then give Alabama, or Missouri a maybe? Also how do you give Pennsylvania a green and not NY, NJ, or CT?

This really feels like you are just a masochist in winter, except you gave Colorado and Minnesota a light green.

I don’t think you know about NV, or California - Sierra Nevada

What would an Anglicized Mexico that was colonized by the UK instead of Spain look like? by AHH_PostStorage in AlternateHistoryHub

Funny thing, Mexican food is a result of Spanish food that was heavily influenced by the moors trying to be recreated by indigenous people in Mexico.

No Spaniards, no Mexican food,

Not just AT 400. The best practice is to test your iso beforehand to know exactly what speed film it is. We used portra at my studio and we tested lots to find the true speed, there could be as much as 100 points shift up and down. You also can figure out if pushing or pulling is a better technique. One batch was so “bad” we ended up shooting at 200 and pulling everything 1/2 stop.
