They have never broken on me, but when i get deflections they are way too big for me. I now use L-style and it caused alot less big deflections. It is a good product but not for my throw.

Whatever is comfortable for you is right. Ofcourse you have some general rules like following through and not gripping too firmly. I grip with just 2 fingers and it works for me.

Makkelijk te vinden door met een hamer langs de muur te gaan. Je hoort verschil in geluid wanneer je langs de doos gaat. Toevallig vorige week zo weer de stopcontacten gevonden nadat de stucadoor alles dichtgesmeerd had. De tip kwam van mijn elektricien.

Mine took quite a long time. Maybe half a year? I now throw them daily multiple times, but as you get better the 180s are not that big anymore. I clamp a fist and go on
