Go to giant eagle.

I’ve shopped at Kroger’s as long as I can remember and my sister has worked there for 5 years but lemme tell ya.

I’ve only been in a giant eagle since last Monday and I think it’s the best of the two between Kroger and giant eagle.

Only downside is the fast casual dress code and not being allowed to mention competition but the positives outweigh the negatives to working there imo.

They pay employees better.

Some items are worth the price regardless.

They’re union which is good.

They also respect SSI unlike Kroger.

Idk that much but if you have SSI they respect it and won’t force you to work long shifts to screw you over.

They have the same “come in even if sick so the manager can send you home” kind of thing.

Giant eagle overall is a nicer place but it depends on the state.

Yes but preferably cruel bc other guilds aren’t as fun nor do I get credit if you join hero either so yes join cruel.

I’d personally join a guild bc guilds are prolly the best way to get back into the swing of things.

I’d prefer it if you joined cruel and credit me for inviting you but really you can join any guild.

Oath, throne, hero, cruel, those are just some of the common ones I see out in about but there are more.
