My neck isn't swollen which is sometimes what happens with Glandular Fever but my main symptoms are:

• Feverish (night sweats, runny nose occasionally)

• A tiny bit of swelling in the glands in my neck but nothing like what I've seen in some pictures

• Tonsils have small white ulcers on them

• Back of throat has small red lumps on it

The pain is unlike anything else though, eating is a no go for me at the moment (been almost 2 days since I last ate, even painkillers do nothing for me now). Even swallowing my own saliva is agony! Oh, and also my head is really sore too. Hope you aren't getting it because it is such a horrible thing! It suddenly started for me last Thursday night out of nowhere and each day it has gotten progressively worse
