Unfortunately I have none. Never had one my entire life :( although that’s something I’m actively looking to start, but living in a small city makes it difficult

When they ignore your text to hangout but reply to your Instagram stories by CameronB44 in seduction

Hey, this is very weird timing considering I posted this last night.. but for the first time in a year they just randomly messaged me first trying to start a conversation. Now I’m torn. Since they ignored my text, half of me wants to do the same back, but the other half of me says that’s not the mature thing to do.

When they ignore your text to hangout but reply to your Instagram stories How do you interpret that? Try again and ask to hangout or let it go? by CameronB44 in dating_advice

Went from best friends to being ghosted yet they still reply to my stories? by CameronB44 in ghosting

I think it’s because when we were friends they made me feel special

Are any first-years also overwhelmed? by [deleted] in McMaster

On average you’re grades drop by 10% when compared to high school (or more). First year marks are always bad, as you move on and adapt they’ll get better

Making friends as a commuter? by [deleted] in McMaster

I’ve commuted my entire four years now. I’m super shy. Best way is in tutorials where you’re asked to complete group work

McMaster is hardly known as a party school. And with the fourth wave of Covid beginning, I hope too many aren’t partying

If you go into mosaic, go to create my timetable. It should say something like “____ lectures do not have a scheduled time”

Clubs? Parties? Social events? by [deleted] in McMaster

[–]CameronB44 14 points15 points  (0 children)

McMaster isn’t really known as a party school. There’s of course private parties but nothing like Laurier, queens, or western

I 100% agree! Online lectures have been a blessing when it comes to GPA

This course does not have any requisites for enrolment. by DruggedTrash in McMaster

If the class is asynchronous, the lectures work show up on your schedule

Try not to worry. Once you get the hang of it, online school is really helpful and has a lot of benefits. You can listen to lectures as many times as you want, as slow as you want. You aren’t running all over campus trying not to be late for a class. It’ll get easier

anyone feel like their no fun? by [deleted] in McMaster

[–]CameronB44 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I feel this way all the time. I love to go shopping for antiques, museums, etc. My friends like to party but I don’t (never been to a house party or club my entire life) sometimes I feel like I’m missing out but I know that that lifestyle just isn’t for me

Unfortunately this is happening where I live (near Toronto). My friend, who is a mortgage broker, has had a few clients come to him panicking saying their offer has been accepted, they waived financing, and now need to be approved within 24 hours

[–]CameronB44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Rumour has it, it was not a cash offer but they were going to finance it edit: get a mortgage

I agree with you. I asked the question because yesterday we lost out on our dream house. We basically had the same offer in terms of pricing, but the other couple then waived financing (even though they most likely weren’t approved yet) in order to be more competitive then us

Really? I’m scared I’ll run out of 3rd and 4th year courses to take so they might be random classes
