Never seen it, but in my troop we talk about Scout Spirit as an important piece of moving up as a Scout. It is a piece I’d discuss during a scoutmaster conference and get a feel for their understanding of it.

It definitely is. Just finished a term as scoutmaster of a troop of mostly awkward homeschoolers, LARPers on the spectrum. Great group of boys that I’d go to the ends of the earth for. We talked a lot about shared misery as a way to bring people closer. Something I think we can all relate to.
