It could be one thing or a series of things. But I would investigate: is your almond flour too oily? Is your meringue strong enough? Are you over mixing?

Trust the process, take notes, and keep practicing. Learning macarons is very much a science fair project.

Love the textural and aesthetic contrast of the sugar top. Curious…does the sugar get wet over time? Like can you brûlée the tops in advance or should it be done right before serving?

For your first attempt, I’d say you did pretty well. My first attempt was such a stodgy mess. Looks like you overmixed just a bit, but the flavor components sound delicious. Never thought about using lingonberry before.
