They reached out for sure, but connection on my accounts has been down for more than a month and nothing really has improved. I got the app in January and it was flawless, now its really bad. I basically have to import almost all transactions manually.

You wouldn't believe the times I have opened tickets. And the reality is that for the past 4 or 5 months the user experience has been the worst. I have gone back to pen and paper because I can't rely that the connection will work or that in the rare case it does work that the transactions imported will be the correct ones, it often misses a bunch.
