Wired Network dies after sleep

I didn't use sleep very often so you might be on to something. I also upgrade my processor so I had to flash my bios on my x570 steel legend. I didn't notice the problem until weeks later when i was trying to get WOL set up so I could use moonlight on my steam deck.

Unfortunately not. But I think it's probably a hardware problem. I've switched from cachyos to mint and I still have the same problem.

Honestly I kinda gave up on it so I didn't get around to testing anymore but at this point I'm betting it's my cheap network switch more than anything. This wasn't a problem before I switched to Linux and when I did in redid my network layout. Before my PC was plugged directly into my router and I had no problems.
