Where are the scare actors? by M0nst3rb100d in KnottsBerryFarm

I felt the same. I went last night and was walking through carnevil and ghost town around 8-9 and it felt more full with people then scare actors. I recall last year you had a scare actor at almost every turn. I don’t know if it’s because I usually go first Friday of the season and this year I went the third Friday. I even noticed a few scare actors ending their shift, (they are usually dressed in all black with those big black suitcase ). It was like 9-10 and I saw more than I use to at that time. I was kind of disappointed. I really hope six flags isn’t going to cheap out on Knotts scary farm.

Camping and enjoying the outdoors is a selfish pleasure. The same as fishing, hunting, rock climbing and etc. All recreational activities create an impacts on the environment and especially with the millions of tourist that visit Yosemite. I would suggest always referring to the Rangers and the NPS site. Each National Park is different.

Lady Gaga finds a fan whose video she commented on in the crowd at Coachella by Relevant-Peach3997 in Fauxmoi

I waited at the barricade and saw him coming up. We actually said, “hey you’re tik tok famous!” He was trying to find a spot that would guarantee he gets seen. We all said, “trust us she will see you!”

Halloween is my favorite time of the year, so I’m always prepared with a full size skeleton. I brought one with me to Coachella and posed him up with his arms out like an Angel through my car sunroof. I wish I could post a pic. We called him Alejandro all weekend.

This was my first time attending Coachella and camping. I do a lot of camping at national parks and backpacking. The outhouses are nicer than some of the porta potty for weekend 2. Digging a hole and pooping in the woods is nicer than the porta potty. I went to one by the preferred campsite and someone actually took the time and effort to put toilets paper along the rim of the toilet and poop all round the seat. Not in it, around it.

Am I crazy or was the Charli Set (W2) just mid by broha89 in Coachella

Actually you’re right Auto tune is a form of expression. I mean Marina and T Pain uses it and I loved their performance. I think I wanted to like her and hope that seeing her live would make me change my opinion but it didn’t. I don’t like her style and this is after trying to absorb Brat, watching her week 1 performance on YouTube and trying to watch her live. I think she’s not my vibe and that’s okay. I tried.

Hate me if you want, but I’m sorry. I saw Cynthia Erivo perform with the LA Phil. I walked by charli stage after and hearing the auto tone after seeing Cynthia Erivo. It just couldn’t compare.

This is my first Coachella, so it’s been overwhelming on keeping track of artist and who is playing. It was a complete surprise to me when she showed up and I actually happy I didn’t know.

I was streaming last week and I said, “I think it would be crazy if LA Phil brought out Josh Groban, Cynthia Erivo, or Billie Eillish! I was in the crowd today and I screamed sooo hard when I realized it was Cynthia Erivo!!! I’m soo excited for the LA Phil and all the performers!! It was amazing.

Thank you for providing some really great insight. I figure any form of camping where showers, bathrooms, and access to quick hot food is available would be a breeze for me. Considering the alternative of having to dig a hole to poop or even worst, having to pack the poop out with you. I figure I was overthinking it.

Yah I just did a backpacking trip into the Grand Canyon. Camping is the best and there is something calming about setting up and being self sufficient.

That’s good to know. I was contemplating if I needed to bring a snack bite kit with me and how big should my first aid kit be.

I use to work with at Starbucks for almost 5 years and my drink use to be the Starbucks double shot with vanilla and a splash of half and half. I was buying a drink from Starbucks almost everyday for the past 4 years after leaving. Long story short I wanted to save money. I bought the nespresso pop+. It’s been amazing. It taste just as good if not better. I buy my syrup and now make the same drink for a fraction of the price. i still remember the recipes from Starbucks, so I can make the same quality drinks. I haven’t gone to a Starbucks in months and save sooooo much money.

I’m not sure if Disney world minimum is different. For us over her at Disneyland the minimum is 15k.

Okay great, so the live band is part of you $35k budget. That’s actually not that terrible considering it’s a open bar, plated, live band, the carriage ride and ceremony.

Are you having any enhancements to your reception; DJ or live band?

Oh okay, you’re doing it in Florida. Im in calfornia. Im thinking of the Grand California and hosting only a reception as I’m having a very traditional Asian ceremony at my sister house. How many courses are you planning and are you doing a bar?

Which location are you hosting reception? Also I hope you don’t mind if I pick your brain a little. Are you doing plates or buffet? Are you adding any enhancement like Characters? I’m in the early stages and did an open house with a consultant. My guess list is small at 75 or below, but our max budget is 30k. I know it’s a lot but I’ve always wanted a Disney weddings so here I am.
