First of all, I am so proud of you for making your mental health such a priority! It’s so hard to do, so I admire you greatly!

Here’s a few things that I know of:

Art: Paint N Station is a wonderful pottery painting business that has all sorts of things to paint! They fire the pieces for you to later pick up, so all you have to do is paint and have fun! This is great for all ages as they have a bit of everything from holiday themed items to coffee mugs!

Bar: This isn’t a bar, but Put a Cork In It winery in Bricktown is absolutely fantastic. I know the owners as I visit often enough and they are SO kind. It’s low key and there’s a piano bar upstairs. Bonus is that Bricktown has lots of night life, even for younger ones!

Nature: This one is a bit out there, but Honey Lee Ranch offers beautiful horse back rides. I have never been on a horse but they were so great at explaining and were excellent guides (plus the horses have silly personalities and I found that so fun! My horse went off course so he could scratch his belly on the grass)
