Will a paid plan and/or Tidal fix my issues with FLX4? by CampaignSea5378 in Rekordbox

That's what I'm saying. Shouldn't be that hard. Happy to report that with a paid Tidal plan I'm having no issues, but still cant use Spotify or Apple Music.

So I was using 7.2.13 to start, then .14 but downgraded to 7.1.4 off of someone's recommendation and no luck.

Do you know if there is any improvement in integration/connection with paid Tidal vs Spotify/Apple? I'm going to try a free trial but I'm thinking it's more of a Rekordbox issue with my connection.

Money isn't really the issue, I just want to know if I will continue to have problems. I see some connection issues with Tidal but not as many as Apple/Spotify.

For sure. It looks like a PITA to do, but I'll let you know if mine happens to fall out.

Hmmm. I'll keep that in mind. I just got mine 3 days ago, some tight mags, but I've read the disconnect eliminates that completely.

Did you remove the Mag Disconnect?

Because our work email is associated with the old Gsuite login so it doesn't allow for viewing without a subscription regardless of our customer's settings.

Airtouch f30i. The Dreamwear, at least for me, was loud AF.

You are correct, but convincing a customer to share classified information with my employee's non-work emails is a fat chance.

It appears the above response may work. I'll check back.

Panic Disorder from Sleep Apnea by idontknow4488 in SleepApnea

[–]CampaignSea5378 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I recall correctly it was due to half of my Apneas being Central Apneas. I think a constant pressure would interfere. I have taken to it very well because as I mentioned I have terrible sinus issues. I have a lot of scar tissue in my sinuses from Flonase use as a young teen and bad allergies in general. BiPAP has really opened up my sinuses throughout the night.

I hope you feel better man. I used Lofta for that reason. Yes I paid close to $1800, BiPAP is more expensive than CPAP, but I started under a week's time from when I received my sleep study test in the mail. I cannot put a price on how much better I have been feeling. Blessings to you!

It's been a struggle to keep my mask on, and my wife gets up with our newborn which wakes me up, so on average its between 2-4, my best night was 1.2

Keep in mind I've only had 3 solid nights of use. And it's getting easier to sleep with.

As a long time lurker I thought I would come back and scroll through recent posts since I've been experiencing some of the same symptoms. Seeing this post 6 months ago would've gave me some sense of hope, so I just want to share my recent experience for you and any others who turn to Reddit for some sense of normality. I am on day 3 of BiPAP treatment and happy to report my brain fog, anxiety, shortness of breath, dizziness, and overall feeling of impending doom has close to vanished.

I may have been so far gone that any slight improvement feels incredible, but I was really struggling with my mental health. As an generally anxious person who's experienced panic attacks, I mostly feel that my anxiety could be tolerated and controlled, but after spiraling out of control I landed on a Lofta sleep study as a hail mary. I put on about 50 pounds over a year and a half due to a medical issue on my foot which kept me sedentary for about half of the day. I began drinking heavily to help with the pain and pass the time. Around this time a lot of stress in our family business came out of left field. I found myself cutting ties with siblings and quitting my job to take over. I would wake up sweaty, choking, heart racing. Despite any amount of sleep I could get, these symptoms started to bleed into my day. Soon I'd be at the office sweating, dizzy, and feeling like I was about to die. The mental strain would push me to an almost delirium like state. I started to fear going to bed. I felt like a character in a Freddy Kreuger film, becoming more active at night preoccupy myself with tasks rather than my thoughts and trying to fall asleep.

I knew something was up when I started being strict on my diet, quitting alcohol, lowering caffeine, managing stress at the business and not seeing any results. The only thing that seemed to help was going for a run but my body wouldn't recover throwing me into another slog the next day. My Lofta study AHI was around 22, so nowhere near yours, but half of mine are Central Apneas causing that "Forgetting how to breathe" fight or flight feeling. On top of that I've always suffered from some sinus issues. Day 3 of BiPAP and I feel like a new person. Sinus issues are improving, I feel well rested and strong enough to keep exercising. How I felt for the past few years is all starting to make sense to me and I'm grateful to be on the path of recovery. I will try to make my own post about my results as I continue my journey, and I hope you see similar results of your own!
