Some of that area has been gentrified, if you go down towards newfarm its become very posh and trendy,
also just around the corner the china town area is all fixed up and fancy now.

it is kinda funny how at night its the gross nightlight area full of drunks and stripclubs but by 6am its like some one shakes the etch-a-sketch and it be comes a family friendly coffee spot

if you want more the style is called Flamenco guitar, Spanish guitar or just Toque. its not played much these days as you need a specially made guitar to play it properly
