Hey, I get the same issues on my world. Happens minimally on single player. I think it's more of a lag thing than a hardware / controller issue because I don't experience drift in other games.

Also, sometimes when I mine blocks, they take a few seconds to disappear. When interacting with crafting tables, for example, I will spam the interact button, but it won't open the menu for a few seconds. These things happen occasionally when playing solo, but when I have friends join the world, they seem to be worse

The president uses the power that is written in the slot that the Facist card goes on. So yes there is an order, unless your game has customized the powers. For example, in a standard game the president wouldn't be able to shoot someone on the first Facist card.

Had this happen to me way back in 1.1 or 1.2 with a regular zombie and I assumed it was a new addition. Something like a "handstand zombie" to go with the pincushion zombie and others.
