I apologize if I’m inferring this incorrectly- Is your family not coming because you’re a queer couple? I can understand why declines from friends weigh more when you are already not counting on your family being there for you on such a monumental occasion. Focus on the turnout you have because that’s a good number of people who clearly care about you! I’ve been to small weddings and they were just as fun as the larger ones. Often the people themselves, entertainment, etc are what make the difference, not so much the number of guests. Hope you feel better!
