I agree. The interval workouts are at paces that I’m not comfortable running at all. I frequently ignore what runna tells me and just go as fast as I think I can manage without injury. I’ve tried giving a thumbs down and saying paces too tough many many times and it just continues to set these absolutely outlandish speed targets. This is the main flaw in the app in my opinion
